Fast-growing biologics CDMO with YoY revenue growth due to world class science team, strong reputation, and customer demand for its antibody drug conjugates (ADC) and biologics business in NY. Although the business operates in a startup environment with approximately 500 headcount, it benefits from a strong financial backing of a multibillion dollar conglomerate.

Job Description

  • Own full project lifecycle delivery for strategic internal and external programs.
  • Strengthen PMO standards, governance, and operational execution.
  • Build clear project plans, timelines, and resource strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and expectations.
  • Coordinate across Manufacturing, Development, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial/BD teams.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and scope changes.
  • Track performance through dashboards, KPIs, and governance reporting.
  • Partner on budgeting, invoicing, and identifying additional business opportunities.
  • Support audits, client visits, and key site initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • BS in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of direct project management experience or more in a cGMP CDMO environment is required, biologics is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with cGMP operations or technical transfer strongly valued.
  • Full-time onsite position in NY.
