Job Description

  • Lead commercial construction projects from planning and mobilization through final completion.
  • Direct on-site operations, schedules, budgets, quality initiatives, and safety performance.
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Partner with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and exceptional project outcomes.
  • Drive project execution while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, processes, and operational performance.
  • Mentor field and project management personnel and contribute to the development of future leaders.
  • Collaborate with leadership on project strategy, resource planning, and company initiatives.
  • Ensure projects meet contractual obligations, budget objectives, schedule commitments, and company quality standards.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement across project teams.

The Successful Applicant



Must-Have Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
  • Proven success leading large-scale commercial projects with full responsibility for execution and delivery.
  • Strong background in commercial construction; multifamily and residential-only experience will not be considered.
  • Demonstrated history of stable employment and long-term career progression.
  • Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive results in both field and office environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of an organization.



Preferred Experience

  • Experience contributing to operational improvements, standard procedures, or company-wide initiatives.
  • Track record of serving as a trusted advisor whose input is sought by senior leadership.
  • Experience in markets such as industrial, tilt-wall, automotive, hospitality, or other large-scale commercial sectors.
