Known for strong values, craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction, the company has built a reputation as a trusted industry leader.Job DescriptionThe Senior Construction Project Manager will be responsible for:Leading multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction planning through final completion and owner turnover.Managing project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution.Developing and maintaining schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls throughout the project lifecycle.Reviewing drawings, specifications, contracts, and project requirements to proactively identify risks and opportunities.Driving project performance related to safety, quality, schedule, and profitability goals.Overseeing change orders, project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.Facilitating communication between clients, architects, engineers, municipalities, and internal stakeholders.Mentoring and supporting junior Project Managers, helping develop their technical and leadership capabilities.Collaborating with leadership on design-build and negotiated projects, contributing to preconstruction and client relationship efforts.Building and maintaining strong client relationships to support repeat business and long-term partnerships.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
