Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure all projects are executed within the defined timeline and budget.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
  • Manage contracts, procurement, and vendor relationships effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor project teams to achieve desired outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience in construction
  • Background in K-12, higher education, civic, or athletic projects
  • Proven ability to lead projects ranging from $1M-$40M
  • Strong leadership and mentoring experience with junior team members
  • Experience with Design-Build, CMAR, or collaborative delivery preferred
