Job Description

As the Senior Project Manager, you will provide overall leadership and strategic direction for major commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover.

  • Lead large ground-up commercial construction projects from inception to completion
  • Manage Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and project stakeholders
  • Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost management, procurement, and contract administration
  • Drive project planning and scheduling to ensure critical milestones are achieved
  • Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead risk management, quality control, and safety initiatives across all project phases
  • Support organizational growth through mentoring, team development, and operational excellence

The Successful Applicant

For the Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction we are seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience managing large-scale ground-up commercial construction projects
  • Demonstrated success with full project financial ownership, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, project controls, and construction operations
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and mentoring junior staff
  • Exceptional client-facing and relationship management skills
  • Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
