Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction

The Senior Project Manager will report to senior operational leadership and will be dedicated full-time to a large-scale ground-up construction project. This is a hands-on project leadership role requiring active involvement in project execution, financial performance, scheduling, and client management.

• Lead the successful delivery of a $65M+ ground-up commercial construction project from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage all project financials, including budget development, forecasting, cost control, and reporting.
• Oversee project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, project staff, and client representatives.
• Drive project execution while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule objectives.
• Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, communication, and reporting.
• Mentor and lead project team members while maintaining accountability for overall project performance.
