Job Description

  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project goals and expectations.
  • Lead project teams and provide clear direction to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to minimize project disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
