Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction

• Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate and communicate with contractors, architects, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and address potential delays or issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, including cost tracking and financial reporting.
• Supervise on-site activities to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their requirements are met.
