Job Description

  • Lead procurement, planning, and execution activities across large-scale construction projects
  • Partner with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Manage schedules, budgets, change orders, project risks, and stakeholder communications
  • Facilitate daily coordination meetings and maintain alignment across multiple teams
  • Champion safety, collaboration, and accountability throughout the project life cycle

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in commercial or light industrial construction
  • Strong track record coordinating multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders
  • Experience with procurement, contract administration, and project controls
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Experience with mission-critical, healthcare, industrial, mechanical, or electrical projects preferred
