Senior Project Manager - Commercial - Mobile, AL

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of commercial construction projects.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee project progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Lead and mentor construction teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and contractors to achieve project goals.
• Ensure all permits, licenses, and inspections are completed in a timely manner.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
