About Our Client

Our Client is hiring for a Senior Project Manager - Construction - Hollywood, FL within the property industry in South Florida.

Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to align project goals and expectations.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any deviations promptly.
  • Oversee procurement processes and ensure materials and resources are available as needed.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project life cycle.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
