Job Description

  • Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
  • Oversee procurement and management of materials and equipment.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
