Senior Project Manager - Detroit Construction

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to clients and internal teams.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful project completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and addressing concerns promptly.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
