Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, gorund up retail, multifamily, and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing and overseeing staff on multiple large-scale builds simultaneously.

Our client is a well respected and established General Contractor in the Detroit area and are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. They have several high profile commercial projects coming up and an extensive backlog through 2030 and are looking for someone who can lead. This company has an incredible reputation across the Detroit area, known for their high-quality work and emphasis on work life balance.

Job Description

  • Managing ground up multifamily projects from foundation to key turnover
  • Successfully lead construction projects valued over $20M+
  • Delivering on time and within budge projects for mutlifamily clients across Indianapolis
  • Create and maintain the master schedule
  • Assist in preconstruction planning
  • Oversee a Project Engineer and delegate tasks
  • Work alongside Superintendet and subcontractors to deliver successful projects

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Experience managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • A results-driven mindset with attention to detail.
