Job Description

Our Senior Project Manager will be resonsible for:

  • Manage projects from preconstruction through final closeout
  • Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, and project forecasts
  • Oversee procurement, subcontractor buyout, and contract administration
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, inspectors, consultants, and public agencies
  • Lead OAC meetings and client communications
  • Ensure compliance with Public Works and DSA requirements
  • Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Senior Project Manager will have:

  • Experience managing Public Works construction projects
  • DSA experience strongly preferred
  • LAUSD experience highly preferred
  • Strong scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control skills
  • Ability to lead projects independently
  • Strong client-facing communication skillseld preferred
