The organization offers the resources and stability of an established contractor while maintaining a professional, collaborative, and relatively laid-back culture where Project Managers are given meaningful autonomy and a strong voice in project decisions.Job DescriptionManage multiple commercial construction projects from project handoff through final closeout.Lead project teams consisting of Superintendents, Foremen, Project Engineers/APMs, Project Coordinators, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and key project stakeholders.Manage project bids, including pricing, scheduling, subcontractor scope, and overall bid strategy.Plan, coordinate, and manage self-performed work including concrete, masonry, carpentry, and demolition.Negotiate and manage subcontracts, owner contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.Assist with conceptual and schematic-level estimating and production studies.Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot project schedules while proactively addressing potential delays.Lead project progress meetings and coordinate RFIs, PCOs, change orders, and project documentation.Partner with the Superintendent to manage jobsite safety, quality, productivity, and compliance.Monitor project costs, billing, documentation, and overall project profitability.Identify issues early, drive timely resolution, and ensure projects remain aligned with contractual requirements and client expectations.Maintain compliance with contracts, local ordinances, building codes, and industry standards.Represent the company professionally while helping maintain and expand long-term client and industry relationships.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
