Job Description

  • Lead construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to align project goals.
  • Develop and manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
  • Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all phases of construction.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, providing updates on milestones and outcomes.
  • Oversee procurement and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Mentor and guide project team members to achieve project objectives successfully.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • Preferred but not required: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience managing federal government construction contracts.
  • Proven Commercial General Contractor (GC) experience with responsibility for project financials, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
  • Extensive knowledge of federal construction processes, regulations, contracting requirements, and compliance standards.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
