• Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
• Manage project timelines and ensure all milestones are achieved on schedule.
• Monitor project budgets and control costs to ensure financial goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Lead project teams and provide clear communication to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
