• Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
• Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and other project documentation.
• Manage risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and lead project teams to foster professional growth and achieve project goals.
