Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of federal and commercial construction projects
  • Managing project teams, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships
  • Overseeing projects within secure and high-security environments (e.g. Pentagon)
  • Collaborating with senior leadership on strategic project execution
  • Ensuring compliance with federal contracting standards and regulations
  • Driving quality, safety, and efficiency across all project phases

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in federal government construction projects
  • Proven background with a commercial general contractor
  • Experience working on secure or federal sites strongly preferred
  • Eligibility to pass federal background checks and obtain clearance
  • US citizenship required
