The Sr. Project Manager leads the successful delivery of large-scale ground-up big box and grocery construction projects, overseeing all phases from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role is the primary client contact and is responsible for driving project strategy, managing teams, mitigating risk, and maintaining relationships with owners, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate project progress and implement adjustments as needed.
  • Mentor and guide project team members to achieve goals.
  • Prepare detailed project reports and present updates to leadership.
  • Resolve project-related issues effectively and efficiently.
