Senior Project Manager - Ground Up Construction

• Oversee multiple ground-up projects or large-scale builds
• Lead project teams including PMs, APMs, and field staff
• Maintain full P&L responsibility
• Manage high-level client relationships
• Drive scheduling, budgeting, and procurement strategies
• Resolve escalated project challenges
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards
• Mentor and develop junior team members
