• Lead multiple large-scale construction projects simultaneously.
• Manage project teams including PMs, APMs, and field leadership.
• Develop project strategies and execution plans.
• Oversee project financial performance.
• Manage executive-level client relationships.
• Lead contract negotiations.
• Drive preconstruction and value engineering efforts.
• Monitor project risk management.
• Review schedules and project controls.
• Mentor and develop junior staff.
• Participate in business development initiatives.
• Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
