Job Description

  • Lead multiple construction projects simultaneously, typically ranging from $1M to $10M in value.
  • Manage all phases of project delivery from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Prepare and oversee project estimates, budgets, schedules, and cost controls.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project execution to ensure schedule, quality, and financial objectives are achieved.
  • Oversee renovation and construction work across healthcare, higher education, office, senior living, and commercial environments.
  • Conduct weekly site visits to monitor progress, maintain client relationships, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership on project strategy and business objectives.
  • Mentor project teams and drive successful project outcomes through strong leadership and communication.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for long-term partnerships and repeat business.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-10+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Experience managing commercial construction or renovation projects.
  • Healthcare, occupied hospital, higher education, and/or laboratory project experience.
  • Ability to perform project estimating and pre-construction responsibilities.
  • Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Willingness to work in the office five days per week.
  • Ability to travel regularly to project sites throughout Maryland, Washington D.C., Delaware, and Southern Pennsylvania.
