Backed by a broader real estate platform, the company offers long-term stability, a collaborative culture, and a consistent pipeline of impactful renovation and construction projects.Job DescriptionLead multiple construction projects simultaneously, typically ranging from $1M to $10M in value.Manage all phases of project delivery from pre-construction through closeout.Prepare and oversee project estimates, budgets, schedules, and cost controls.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.Coordinate project execution to ensure schedule, quality, and financial objectives are achieved.Oversee renovation and construction work across healthcare, higher education, office, senior living, and commercial environments.Conduct weekly site visits to monitor progress, maintain client relationships, and resolve issues proactively.Collaborate closely with executive leadership on project strategy and business objectives.Mentor project teams and drive successful project outcomes through strong leadership and communication.Maintain a high level of client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for long-term partnerships and repeat business.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
