Additionally, they pride themselves on a strong culture that has led to extremely high retention rates.Job DescriptionLead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved.Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and resource allocations for multiple concurrent projects.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, consultants, and owners to ensure seamless project execution.Administer contracts, negotiate change orders, manage RFIs, submittals, permits, and project documentation while ensuring contractual compliance.Monitor project costs, forecast financial performance, approve invoices, and implement cost-control strategies to maximize project profitability.Ensure compliance with healthcare, municipal, and commercial building codes, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality assurance programs.Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, and consistent delivery of exceptional project outcomes.Lead project teams by fostering collaboration, mentoring field personnel, mitigating risks, and driving successful on-time, on-budget project completion.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
