Job Description

Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Projects - Towson, MD will perform :

  • Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, typically overseeing 3-4 projects at varying stages
  • Lead projects ranging from $1M to $10M in value, ensuring successful delivery of schedule, budget, and quality goals
  • Develop and manage project estimates and pre-construction activities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular job site visits, maintaining project oversight and client relationships
  • Drive project planning, scheduling, risk management, and execution
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards while maintaining strong financial performance
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide proactive communication to clients and leadership
  • Partner closely with executive leadership on strategic project initiatives and business growth
