With a people-first culture, strong leadership development, and a collaborative team environment, they offer employees the opportunity to build long-term careers while making a meaningful impact.Job DescriptionManage multiple interior construction projects ranging from $1M to $20M from inception through completion.Direct all aspects of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout.Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction throughout each project.Lead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project support staff.Collaborate closely with field operations, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and ownership teams.Monitor project financials, manage budgets, and drive overall project profitability.Identify project risks and develop solutions to maintain schedule, cost, and quality objectives.Ensure clear and consistent communication across all project stakeholders.Support preconstruction and business development efforts by providing strategic input and client-facing leadership.Drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
