Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing 3-4 projects simultaneously, ranging in value
  • Taking full ownership of project lifecycle, including estimating and execution
  • Acting as the primary client-facing contact, maintaining strong relationships
  • Conducting weekly site visits across active projects to ensure progress and quality
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Reporting directly to senior leadership, with high visibility across the business

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • 8-10 years' experience in construction project management
  • Background in healthcare, higher education, or laboratory projects preferred
  • Open to experienced Project Managers stepping up or existing Senior Project Managers
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with client-facing experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to be office-based five days per week with regular site travel
