Job Description

Lead the planning, execution, and completion of high-rise construction projects.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project specifications.
Oversee on-site operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Communicate project progress to stakeholders and address any challenges proactively.
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date.
