Senior Project Manager ( Highrise ) - Nashville, TN

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery, for highrise construction projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards throughout the project.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise.
• Lead project meetings, providing clear communication and updates to all stakeholders.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability within the project team.
