My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager in the St. Louis area to lead multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have previous project management experience in the hospitality or multifamily sectors.

Job Description

  • Manage commercial construction projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and project execution.
  • Maintain communication between clients, field teams, architects, and consultants.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges while proactively managing risk.
  • Conduct regular site visits and oversee project progress.
  • Utilize Procore and other project management tools to maintain documentation and reporting.
  • Drive project schedules and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support planning and project execution.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

  • 6-8+ years of Project Manager experience
  • Experience working multiple high value projects ($20M+)
  • Hospitality or Multifamily project experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
