Senior Project Manager - Hospitality - STL

• Lead the successful delivery of complex construction projects, managing multiple projects simultaneously where required.
• Protect project financial performance by maintaining accurate cost-to-complete reporting and monthly forecasts, with a target of remaining within ±1% of final cost.
• Drive rigorous subcontractor buyout and scope leveling, identifying scope gaps and value-engineering opportunities.
• Manage submittal and RFI workflows to support program requirements and prevent past-due critical items.
• Control project changes by pricing, submitting and executing change orders within 10 business days of notice.
• Lead owner, architect and contractor meetings as well as internal project meetings, driving decisions and issuing minutes within 24 hours.
• Identify project risks and lead recovery planning in partnership with senior leadership.
• Lead project closeout, including punch-list activity, O&M documentation and training, targeting first-pass acceptance.
• Maintain strong client relationships, targeting client satisfaction of at least 8/10 and resolving identified issues within 30 days.
• Coach and mentor Project Engineers, Assistant Superintendents and other developing team members, increasing their capability and independence.
• Partner with senior field leadership and the wider project team to deliver demanding, high-quality projects successfully.
