Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of hotel and hospitality construction projects, from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment.
  • Monitor construction progress and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on project status and performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
