Senior Project Manager - HV Transmission

• Lead all phases of HV transmission projects from planning and design through construction and closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate engineering, environmental, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for utility clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget objectives.
• Review contracts, change orders, project estimates, and scope modifications.
• Ensure compliance with company, client, OSHA, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and prepare executive-level reports.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams and mentor junior project managers and engineers.
• Support business development efforts, proposal preparation, and client relationship management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
