Known for technical excellence and a strong safety culture, the company offers employees the opportunity to work on large-scale projects that support the evolving energy landscape.Job DescriptionLead all phases of HV transmission projects from planning and design through construction and closeout.Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, risk assessments, and resource allocation.Coordinate engineering, environmental, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.Serve as the primary point of contact for utility clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies.Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget objectives.Review contracts, change orders, project estimates, and scope modifications.Ensure compliance with company, client, OSHA, environmental, and regulatory requirements.Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and prepare executive-level reports.Manage multidisciplinary project teams and mentor junior project managers and engineers.Support business development efforts, proposal preparation, and client relationship management.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
