With an entrepreneurial culture and lean organizational structure, employees benefit from direct access to leadership, meaningful autonomy, and the opportunity to make a visible impact on the organization's success.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesManage industrial construction projects from kickoff through final turnover.Lead ground-up warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, cold storage, and self-storage developments valued up to $20M.Oversee tenant improvement, retrofit, and facility expansion projects ranging from approximately $500K to $2.5M.Coordinate project stakeholders including owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and risk management strategies.Monitor project financial performance, cost controls, forecasting, and reporting.Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers while supporting project delivery across multiple assignments.Maintain strong client relationships and help generate repeat business opportunities through successful project execution.Simultaneously oversee large-scale industrial developments while managing multiple smaller fit-out and renovation projects.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
