Job Description

* Manage industrial, data center, and PEMB construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

* Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project reporting.

* Partner with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

* Travel as required to support project delivery across multiple locations.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:

* 3-5 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.

* Experience delivering industrial, data center, or PEMB projects.

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Knowledge of construction software such as Procore, CMiC, and Bluebeam preferred.

* Ambitious, team-oriented, and eager to grow within a high-performing organization.

Salary: $100,000-$125,000 + bonus.
