About Our Client

My client, a $300M commercial general contractor headquartered in St. Louis, is looking for additional talent to support their strong project backlog. The Senior Project Manager will have the ability to join a talented team and advance into leadership. This role allows the individual to be involved in projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage all phases of industrial construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-15+ years of progressive project management experience.
  • Experience with Manufacturing, Cold Storage, Food & Bev, and Distribution Center projects.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on achieving project goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
