Job Description

Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of K-12 academic construction projects.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure milestones are met.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to align project goals.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
Lead and mentor project teams to achieve desired outcomes.
Utilize project management tools to track progress and report on performance metrics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager - K-12 Academic should have:

Proven experience managing construction projects, particularly in the K-12 academic sector.
