Job Description

  • Lead industrial projects ranging from $30M-$100M+
  • Manage project teams, budgets, and client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and oversee procurement strategies
  • Provide executive-level project reporting
  • Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
  • Ensure consistent delivery of quality, schedule, and financial goals

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of construction project management experience
  • Significant industrial, manufacturing, or logistics project experience
  • Strong financial management and leadership skills
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale projects
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
