Their portfolio includes pharmaceutical, industrial, commercial, institutional, and corporate projects, supported by long-standing client relationships and a strong backlog of work.This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager looking to take ownership of large-scale, technically complex construction projects while joining a company known for stability, repeat business, and long-term career growth.Job DescriptionManage multiple construction projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout.Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and execution.Lead coordination efforts between owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure successful execution.Manage infrastructure, utility, site development, and building construction projects.Monitor project performance, costs, and scheduling milestones.Provide leadership to project teams while maintaining strong client relationships.Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions.Ensure projects are completed in accordance with quality and safety standards.Prepare and present project updates to senior stakeholders and ownership representatives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
