Senior Project Manager- Mixed Commercial

• Lead and manage all phases of mixed commercial construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain open communication and effective collaboration.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing potential risks proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards on all projects.
• Oversee procurement of materials and resources, ensuring timely delivery to meet project timelines.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a productive and efficient work environment.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
