Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will play a critical leadership role in guiding a large-scale residential project from advanced planning through completion.

  • Lead all phases of project delivery, including preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate with ownership groups, design consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders
  • Drive project execution while maintaining quality, safety, and financial objectives
  • Oversee contract administration, procurement activities, and change management processes
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and support staff
  • Deliver consistent reporting and strategic updates to senior leadership

The Successful Applicant

For the Senior Project Manager we are seeking:

  • Proven experience leading large-scale ground-up construction projects
  • Strong experience within the Central Texas market preferred
  • High-rise construction experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success managing complex residential, mixed-use, commercial, or hospitality developments
  • Strong financial management, scheduling, and subcontractor management capabilities
  • Ability to lead multiple stakeholders through challenging project environments
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
