Their approach emphasizes repeatable success, collaborative relationships, and a commitment to delivering resident-focused communities on time and within budget.Job DescriptionLead full-cycle project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality goals are met.Coordinate with ownership, design teams, and consultants to align project scope with proforma targets.Manage subcontractor procurement, contract negotiation, and performance oversight.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, cost tracking, and cash flow forecasts.Review and approve RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.Ensure compliance with local codes, permitting requirements, and internal standards.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality control.Facilitate weekly project meetings and provide clear, timely communication to all stakeholders.Resolve field issues quickly to minimize impact on cost or schedule.Oversee project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover to property management.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
