Job Description

  • Lead multifamily construction projects from preconstruction planning through final closeout
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial reporting
  • Oversee project teams including Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and consultants
  • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary project contact throughout delivery
  • Drive procurement, subcontractor engagement, contract administration, and risk management efforts
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control procedures, and company best practices
  • Coordinate design teams, ownership groups, and field operations to maintain project objectives
  • Identify project challenges proactively and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget targets
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide executive-level reporting on project performance
  • Support team development through mentoring and leadership of junior staff

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • 8+ years of construction management experience with progressively increasing project responsibility
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale multifamily, mixed-use, residential, or commercial projects
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and project controls
  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams and managing client relationships
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Stable career progression with a track record of delivering successful projects
  • Willingness to travel locally as required for project oversight
