Known for its strong culture, innovative approach, and commitment to employee growth, the company offers the resources of a large organization while maintaining a collaborative, people-first environment.Job DescriptionThe Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:Managing multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover.Overseeing project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and overall project performance.Leading and mentoring project teams, including Project Managers, Engineers, and field personnel.Coordinating with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and local stakeholders.Driving project planning, procurement strategies, and risk management initiatives.Monitoring project financials and ensuring adherence to profitability goals.Maintaining compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and contractual requirements.Providing regular project updates and reporting to leadership and clients.Resolving project challenges proactively and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.Playing a key role in the successful delivery of adaptive reuse and ground-up multifamily developments.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
