Job Description

* Manage multifamily construction projects through planning, execution, and closeout.

* Lead project teams, assign work, and support performance development.

* Oversee budgets, schedules, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

* Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office tools to manage project delivery.

* Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and client requirements.

The Successful Applicant

* 2+ years of project management experience within construction.

* Experience delivering multifamily, residential, or commercial projects.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

* Ability to learn and effectively use Procore project management software.

* Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary: $100,000-$130,000 base salary plus performance-based incentives.
