The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will oversee project financial performance, lead client relationships, manage project teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Job Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations.
  • Oversee project documentation and reporting to maintain accurate records.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.
