Senior Project Manager - NNJ/NYC Multifamily

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cast-in-place concrete superstructure projects from planning through closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and resource allocation.
• Manage project teams including Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, consultants, and trade partners.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project performance.
• Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and project financials.
• Monitor project progress and provide executive-level reporting on key milestones and performance metrics.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities including estimating, scheduling, and logistical planning.
• Drive operational excellence while promoting a collaborative and high-performance project culture.
