Job Description

The Senior Project Manager | Owner's Rep | Corporate Interiors will:

  • Lead multiple commercial interior and workplace projects from concept through occupancy.
  • Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage budgeting, planning, scheduling, procurement, risk mitigation, and project execution.
  • Oversee pre-construction advisory services, including project strategy and feasibility planning.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project management staff and junior team members.
  • Drive project performance through proactive communication, organization, and accountability.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for repeat business and new client engagements.
  • Represent ownership interests and advocate for client goals during all project phases.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, KPIs, and reporting to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Maintain strong industry relationships with owners, design firms, contractors, and developers across the DMV market.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the company's ongoing growth strategy.

The Successful Applicant

The Senior Project Manager | Owner's Rep | Corporate Interiors will have:

  • 10+ years of project management experience within commercial construction or owner's representation.
  • Extensive experience managing corporate office interior and workplace projects.
  • Proven ability to oversee projects from pre-construction/advisory services through closeout.
  • Demonstrated success developing client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
  • Experience leading and mentoring project teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and project controls.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Bluebeam.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to commute to Alexandria, VA and travel throughout the DMV region as needed.
