With a collaborative culture, direct access to leadership, and a reputation for senior-level project oversight, they offer professionals the opportunity to make a visible impact while accelerating their careers.Job DescriptionThe Senior Project Manager (Owner's Rep) - Corporate Interiors - NoVA will:Lead multiple construction and workplace projects independently from planning and advisory stages through final closeout.Serve as the primary client advisor, ensuring project goals, budgets, schedules, and expectations are achieved.Manage all aspects of project delivery, including scope, financial performance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.Identify and mitigate project risks while developing proactive solutions to maintain successful outcomes.Oversee procurement activities, including RFQs, RFPs, contract negotiations, and consultant/vendor selection.Coordinate architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors to drive project success and accountability.Facilitate project meetings and provide clear communication across all project stakeholders.Maintain accurate project documentation, financial reports, meeting records, and key project metrics.Review and approve invoices, change orders, contracts, and project expenditures.Prepare executive-level reporting on project status, budgets, schedules, risks, and action plans.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and industry partners.Support business development efforts through networking, client engagement, proposal participation, and presentations.Mentor and support junior team members while contributing to a collaborative team environment.Help grow the firm's project pipeline by leveraging industry relationships and identifying new opportunities.Consistently uphold professional standards, company values, and performance objectives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
